The latest research news and events from the University of East London
Academics from the University of East London have compiled a review of policy and research on the links between early childhood and care and poverty. The review is one of 33 new research reports commissioned by the Joseph Rowntree Foundation (JRF) to help them assess the best ways to reduce poverty across a wide range of policy areas. Each of the reports was funded by the Joseph Rowntree Foundation, who have just published the review summaries and each of their conclusions.
Dr Eva Lloyd (pictured), Professor of Early Childhood at the CASS School of Education and Communities, University of East London and Sylvia Potter, who is associated with UEL as a research consultant, wrote the summary of their study and will publish their full length report on the UEL ROAR website in the near future.
