The latest research news and events from the University of East London
Three years ago, CNR and NOVELLA, the Narratives of Everyday Life and Linked Approaches research methods node of the National Centre for Research Methods and the Centre for Narrative Research at UEL, participated in a round-table event where they asked the question, ‘What is narrative?’ This event brings together CNR, NOVELLA and other narrative researcher partners and friends once again, this time to explore in dialogue with each other, and with the audience, the new directions which narrative research is now taking.
The event will be followed by a celebration of recent publications, in particular, Want is narrative research? (Squire, Davis, Esin, Andrews, Harrison, L-C Hyden and M. Hyden), and Psykososialt arbeid. Fortellinger, medvirkning og fellesskap [Psychosocial work: stories, participation and community], (Skærbæk and Nissen ).
